Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design of products end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Designer will lead UX and UI initiatives, transforming complex financial workflows into user-friendly interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment open to candidates based in the EU and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own visual branding and design direction across all products, ensuring a modern and consistent standard
• Lead the UX and UI revamp, designing end-to-end flows for onboarding, listings, bidding, pricing, financing, and closing
• Conduct user research and usability testing, while managing the design process and organization for effective handoff to engineering

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years focused on complex B2B, fintech, or enterprise products
• Proven experience in building and maintaining a design system in Figma, including components and documentation
• Daily use of AI productivity tools in design work to enhance prototyping and iteration
• Experience designing multi-step, multi-role workflows with permissions and statuses
• Working knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS) and how designs translate to code
