Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end user experience for applications, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, build working prototypes, and ensure design quality and accessibility standards are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and validate concepts through prototypes to inform design direction
• Design interactive systems and user flows, ensuring alignment with product vision and technical feasibility
• Build working code prototypes and write behavioral specifications for engineers and AI agents

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of complex B2B workflows
• Proven ability to create working code prototypes using AI-assisted tools
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and assistive technologies
• Experience designing for AI-surfaced and agentic experiences across various interfaces
• Ability to connect design decisions to business goals and contribute to product direction
