Job Summary

Driving product innovation, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will lead the design of AI-powered products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex challenges into user-centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of new products and features, clarifying complex, cross-functional challenges
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define problems, shape solutions, and drive products from concept to launch
• Prototype ideas, test assumptions, and iterate designs based on customer feedback and product data

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, particularly in operational workflows or AI-powered solutions
• A portfolio showcasing the ability to frame complex problems and create intuitive, user-centered products
• Strong product thinking, connecting design decisions to customer needs and business outcomes
• Confidence to advocate for ideas and influence product decisions while remaining open to feedback
• A curious mindset with a desire to explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance customer workflows
