Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end design for features and workflows, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work hybrid in Los Angeles or remotely in the US, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality user experiences across the Crexi platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design work streams from discovery through launch, ensuring clear communication of design thinking to stakeholders
• Contribute to and evolve Crexi's design system, maintaining alignment between design and engineering
• Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and define success metrics for product features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or marketplace products with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end work
• Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, with strong prototyping skills in Figma
• Experience designing complex, data-dense products such as search, maps, or dashboards
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and the ability to collaborate with engineers on technical aspects of design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred
