Job Summary

Leading product innovation and development for personal Property products, the full-time Senior Product Development Manager will manage key initiatives, enhance product features, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development and enhance product features while ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Conduct research to identify trends and member needs, informing product innovation and strategy
• Drive collaboration with various departments to efficiently design and develop product enhancements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in P&C insurance product management, preferably in high net worth personal lines
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Math, or Risk Management
• Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, including product pricing and regulatory understanding
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven decisions
• Proven experience in leading teams and initiatives with a consultative leadership style
