Senior Product Director
Job Summary
Leading the Retail organization, the full-time Senior Product Director will define and drive the product strategy for Flashfood's retail platform, managing a cross-functional team to enhance grocery partner operations and optimize product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product retail strategy by defining the roadmap for the partner app, onboarding, catalog integration, and pricing
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to achieve business goals related to partner activation and revenue
- Collaborate with enterprise grocery partners to translate operational needs into effective product solutions and support sales initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years managing cross-functional teams in B2B or enterprise software
- Direct experience in grocery or retail sectors, particularly in merchandising and store operations
- Strong data fluency and a proven track record of making product decisions based on evidence
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating operational realities into product strategies
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment with hands-on leadership
