Job Summary

Leading a small team of senior product managers, the full-time Senior Product Director will develop product strategy, manage team performance, and foster cross-functional partnerships in a remote setting.

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers, promoting autonomy and clear expectations
• Develop and communicate a multi-year product strategy aligned with company vision and priorities
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure cohesive product and technology integration

• Experience in setting multi-year product strategy and collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams
