Senior Product Enablement Manager
Job Summary
Owning the user education process, the full-time Senior Product Enablement Manager will identify user friction points, create effective training solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product adoption, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize user education needs based on feedback and data analysis
- Create and produce instructional content, including videos, in-app guidance, and visual tutorials
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on user behavior and feedback
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer education or product training for software products
- Proficiency with digital adoption platforms, preferably Pendo
- Strong video production skills, including screen capture and editing
- Ability to interpret product analytics and customer feedback
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
