Senior Product Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Payments organization, the fully remote Senior Product Engineer will architect and design digital products using Java and Spring Boot, manage application performance in production, and collaborate closely with product managers and team members to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in planning meetings and daily standups, providing technical input and feedback
- Collaborate on high-level and low-level system designs while establishing continuous integration and deployment practices
- Support software products in user environments and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing REST APIs using Java Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems or applications for the cloud
- Knowledge of web and API security, including OAuth and OWASP
- Experience with backend development, databases, and Kafka messaging
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and paired programming practices
