Job Summary
Owning the direction and execution of critical products, the full-time Staff Product Engineer will develop innovative solutions for AI advancements, create intuitive interfaces for data exploration, and design systems for large-scale data processing in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance annotation efficiency using the latest AI advancements
- Create intuitive interfaces for data exploration and visualization, including tools for RLHF processes
- Design and implement systems for large-scale data processing to support AI model training and evaluation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Demonstrated experience leading projects with significant scope and ambiguity
- Product-focused mindset with a passion for AI ethics
- Experience with Python or Ruby on Rails, and React/Typescript
- CS degree from a top school or equivalent STEM background
