Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the business owner for multiple internal and external products, managing product backlogs and prioritizing enhancements based on business value
- Lead planning and coordination of product releases and operational initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
- Conduct business testing and user acceptance testing, validating solutions meet requirements and quality standards prior to release
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of related work experience
- Experience in product management within a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with IT governance or service management frameworks
- Project Management experience, with certifications such as CSPO or PMP being a plus
