Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing digital presence, the full-time Senior Product Manager will guide site operations, enhance user engagement, and drive product strategy in a remote capacity, preferably from the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance site capabilities and customer interactions to improve user engagement
• Evaluate site updates and track performance metrics to optimize user experience and revenue impact
• Define product strategy and manage vendor relationships to ensure effective site operations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or a comparable enterprise platform
• Demonstrated success in onsite merchandising and conversion rate optimization
• Experience directing developers through the project lifecycle from requirements to release
• Strong understanding of digital brand experience and current trends in tech and retail
