Job Summary
Owning the Resident Onboarding Lift product roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product execution and partnership strategies with AppFolio while working remotely to enhance resident onboarding experiences and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the Resident Onboarding Lift product roadmap, setting targets and reporting progress to leadership
- Develop strong partnerships with AppFolio's product team to align roadmaps and influence platform capabilities
- Translate customer insights into clear requirements and actionable product plans for effective engineering execution
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of owning a product line or platform
- Experience in building products that integrate with a partner's platform and influencing partner strategies
- Technical fluency to earn engineering's trust and make informed architecture tradeoffs
- Strong curiosity and passion for market dynamics and product performance
- Bonus: Direct experience with AppFolio or in proptech/SaaS environments
