Job Summary

Owning the vision and strategy for Carefeed's Admissions Product capabilities, the remote Senior Product Manager will tackle complex problems, define product goals, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a rapidly growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product goals aligned with company objectives while balancing customer needs with platform scalability
• Deeply understand customer workflows and translate complex needs into actionable product requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, and delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives
• Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product strategy and execution plans
• Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex systems
• Strong analytical skills with a data-informed mindset
