Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Product Manager in a fully remote capacity, this role will manage the processing product roadmap, focusing on normalizing and validating bill data, optimizing service labor through automation, and modernizing legacy systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for normalizing and validating raw bill data and collaborate with the data platform team for quality feedback
- Partner with Operations leadership to analyze and automate labor-intensive workflows, improving cost efficiency and accuracy
- Drive the implementation of AI-powered document processing and automation to reduce reliance on manual reviews
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, including managing products with an embedded service or operations component
- Proven experience in redesigning service-heavy workflows into automated processes with measurable improvements
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered document processing and automation features
- Experience in modernizing workflows off legacy systems while ensuring operational continuity
- Familiarity with document/data extraction and validation logic in high-volume transaction processing environments
