Job Summary
Driving the development of innovative product capabilities, the full-time salaried Senior Product Manager will shape the vision and roadmap for the Learning Acceleration Platform, ensuring it meets customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and maintain roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements
- Analyze user data and feedback to drive data-informed product decisions and ensure KPIs measure project success
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the EdTech or LMS industry
- Strong understanding of AI's impact on software products
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and user experience practices
- Familiarity with industry standards such as SCORM and xAPI, as well as reporting and analytics systems
