Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Product Managers, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own a significant area of the product portfolio, develop product strategies based on customer needs, and enhance product development processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and mentor Product Managers by setting clear expectations and providing direct feedback
- Create and prioritize product strategies that align with customer needs and market opportunities
- Engage with customers to gain insights and continuously improve product offerings based on feedback
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing Product Managers
- Proven track record of owning a product area from discovery through launch
- Experience building enterprise software that incorporates complex data and workflows
- Familiarity with APIs, data models, and technical product considerations
- Demonstrated ability to improve product team operations and processes
