Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager to work remotely, who will be responsible for translating strategic vision into a product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-value features for the Workforce Planning solution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals
• Collaborate with engineering, professional services, and customer success teams to develop and enhance product features
• Conduct user research and prototype solutions to validate concepts and inform product decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with an enterprise SaaS product
• 3+ years of experience authoring product requirement documents and delivering in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience in workforce planning or human capital management domains
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead initiatives with minimal direction
• Strong project management skills with a focus on defining roadmaps and leading product delivery objectives
