Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, the full-time Senior Product Manager will launch new AI-native products in a remote setting, collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to drive customer-facing outcomes under fixed deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire product development process from brief through minimum sellable product and early go-to-market
• Recruit and oversee design partners, gather customer feedback, and maintain direct customer engagement throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering teams to convert discovery into deliverables while ensuring alignment with business unit leaders for successful product hand-off

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles with a proven track record of owning complex B2B software outcomes
• Experience with generative AI and large language model product concepts
• Strong process discipline in ambiguous environments, demonstrating the ability to bring structure to product development
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar domains, with experience in HR, legal, risk, or compliance preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
