Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product direction and strategy for U.S. Air Force modernization efforts, collaborating closely with government partners in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team to build and ship high-impact products and services
- Translate user and government partner needs into a comprehensive product strategy, including roadmap and backlog management
- Coach government partners in product and customer-centric practices while managing stakeholder relationships
Required qualifications
- Experience with lean product principles and developing product strategies informed by user needs
- Ability to execute product strategies by maintaining prioritized backlogs and facilitating team ceremonies
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role, particularly with government or enterprise stakeholders
- Understanding of human-centered design and agile software development methodologies
- Proven track record of working on cross-functional teams in iterative delivery environments
