Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic liaison between US Space Force stakeholders and development teams, the remote Senior Product Manager will own the product vision, facilitate communication, and prioritize work to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that align with business and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and articulate the long-term product vision and goals, aligning them with overall business strategy
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and team members, tailoring messages for different audiences
• Lead the prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest business value and aligns with the product vision

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Product Management
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and Lean Product Management principles
• Experience leading products from idea to market and working in a rapid, iterative development environment
• Experience in stakeholder management and user-centered design practices
