Job Summary
Owning and evolving core areas of the TopstepX platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define product strategy, lead complex initiatives, and enhance the trader experience by collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for core areas of the TopstepX platform, aligning trader needs with business goals
- Lead complex platform initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring reliable and well-instrumented features
- Deeply understand the trader journey to prioritize product features that enhance performance and user experience
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly with technical products
- Experience in trading, brokerage, fintech, or other real-time, data-intensive domains
- Working knowledge of futures markets and trading mechanics
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional efforts, especially in performance and reliability initiatives
- Fluency in customer discovery, product validation, and data-informed decision-making
