Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and execution for Order Quality, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will enhance shopper and customer experiences by improving item discovery and replacement workflows, while defining success metrics and driving product strategy from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality, driving innovative ideas from discovery to scaled launch
• Collaborate with design and research teams to understand customer and shopper needs, leveraging insights to enhance in-store shopping experiences
• Define success metrics and implement a rigorous experimentation program to improve engagement, conversion, and retention outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in operationally complex environments
• Proven track record of building products from concept through delivery
• Strong data literacy and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience communicating complex ideas clearly to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of shopper and customer experiences, with a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes
