Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end workflow for launching new product areas, focusing initially on prior authorization, while collaborating with engineers and designers to enhance product features based on customer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own a set of workflows end to end, ensuring successful outcomes post-launch
• Conduct discovery and shadowing sessions to gain insights into customer operations and advocate for valuable product developments
• Write acceptance criteria and manage the rollout process, addressing any issues that arise

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with experience setting roadmaps, including 2+ years in a software-focused industry (e.g., healthcare)
• Proven experience in replacing manual processes with software solutions by collaborating with end-users
• Ability to leverage data and feedback to drive product improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of handling customer requests while building trust
• Skilled in drafting clear documentation to minimize the need for meetings
