Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support an enterprise cloud-based data and analytics platform for a federal health agency, the full-time Senior Product Manager will align with agency leadership to define objectives, manage the product roadmap, and facilitate product management processes while ensuring customer experience data is collected throughout the platform's usage.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Product Management Framework, including OKR alignment and backlog grooming
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer experience milestones and risk management
• Facilitate high-impact ceremonies and establish documentation standards for product management processes

Required qualifications

• Experience and expertise in continuous discovery and delivery
• Relevant disciplinary expertise related to platform product management tasks
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to obtain a federal Public Trust background investigation
• Residency and performance of work within the continental United States
• Availability for meetings with client stakeholders during Eastern Time business hours
