Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving innovation in AI-powered solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager will define the future of the Insight Digital Experience Platform (DXP) by understanding customer needs, building product strategy, and ensuring high-velocity execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal experts to understand needs, drive adoption, and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Define and communicate the strategic roadmap for managing physical and digital records, identifying market opportunities and driving innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful product capabilities while removing roadblocks during the development process
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in a product manager role for a SaaS solution with global/international experience
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS products and enhancements to market at speed
- Experience in driving large-scale customer migrations and building AI and content-oriented applications
- BS required; Engineering or Marketing preferred; MBA highly desired
- Experience with Agile SDLC and associated tools (e.g., Jira)
