Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning a major product area end to end, the full-time Senior Product Manager will support OptiMantra and/or Cerbo by shipping AI-first features, conducting user discovery, and setting the UX vision in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration without predefined specifications
- Ship AI-driven features and maintain a clear UX vision for the product area
- Engage with users through discovery calls and usability sessions to gather firsthand feedback
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 2 years at a senior level
- Experience in EHR/EMR or healthcare software, with a solid understanding of clinical workflows
- Strong UX and UI sensibility, advocating for end-user needs
- Outcome-driven mindset, measuring success by impact rather than features shipped
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture and APIs
