Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager will oversee the Corporate Systems product, collaborating with internal executive stakeholders across Marketing, Compliance & Legal, HR, and Finance to create a unified roadmap while leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the product vision and strategy for Corporate Systems in alignment with organizational goals and transformation priorities
• Develop and maintain a unified product roadmap across multiple functions, prioritizing investments that support strategic objectives
• Lead validation of AI-enabled workflows through structured pilots and gather stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in digital product management, particularly with enterprise/internal-facing systems
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
• Proven ability to communicate a product vision to C-suite stakeholders with competing priorities
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and corporate function leaders
• Demonstrated AI fluency, especially in designing or evaluating AI-assisted internal tooling
