Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and direction of the SpheraCloud platform product, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product priorities from conception to production, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive product evolution and ensure quality delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Define product vision and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the platform, balancing maintenance, architecture, and new feature priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive discussions, surface issues, and advance product initiatives
Required qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or Business/Marketing
- 5+ years of experience with software platform design concepts and components
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of Agile Product Management and Software Development methodologies
- 3+ years of people management experience
