Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To shape the Reachdesk Platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead product initiatives end-to-end, turning complex customer and business problems into impactful software solutions while collaborating with Engineering and Design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set product direction and priorities based on company goals, stakeholder needs, and market context
- Define problems and experiences clearly to guide Design and Engineering teams in developing solutions
- Orchestrate successful product launches and ensure adoption across various business teams
Required qualifications
- Proven experience owning B2B SaaS products from inception to delivery and adoption
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to complex issues
- Demonstrated independence and initiative in seeking out necessary information and context
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with Engineering on systems and integrations
- Exceptional communication skills to influence decisions and convey product progress clearly
