Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Building trusted relationships with merchant partners, the full-time Senior Product Manager will develop and own the strategy for merchant-facing products and experiences in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product conversations with merchant partners to uncover opportunities that enhance their businesses
- Translate merchant feedback into actionable insights, identifying scalable product opportunities
- Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and iteration
Required qualifications
- Experience with merchant payments infrastructure, including POS systems and transaction processing
- Significant product management experience in complex marketplace or payments products
- Proven ability to work directly with merchants or sophisticated external customers
- Strong product judgment with a track record of identifying broader opportunities beyond explicit customer requests
- Ability to build credibility with external partners and lead strategic product discussions independently
