Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead the product strategy and implementation of promotions and engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will manage the development of machine learning-driven promotions, enhance user engagement, and collaborate across teams to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the promotions and engagement roadmap, determining the timing and selection of offers for users
• Rapidly implement ML-driven promotions and develop engagement features that enhance user loyalty and financial management
• Ensure cross-functional alignment among Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations for efficient execution of product initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management focused on engagement, retention, or loyalty programs in a B2C technology environment
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership to propose and implement new initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on deriving insights from complex data
• Experience applying AI in product development beyond basic applications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred
