Job Summary
Owning product strategy and execution for C3, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will leverage AI tools to enhance operational workflows, lead discovery efforts, and partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI platforms for product management tasks, improving workflow efficiency and user outcomes
- Lead discovery and competitive analysis to ensure alignment with customer needs and company goals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain a continuous pipeline of validated work and facilitate product delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in software or operations-heavy environments, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI productivity tools for research and product management tasks
- Strong understanding of AI integration into products and workflows, including design considerations
- Proven ability to manage multiple engineering squads and maintain backlog health in a high-throughput environment
- Experience in legal tech, healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments
