Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Excited to make an impact, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution for Stella, ServiceTrade's suite of agentic AI products, driving high-impact features and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI Product Strategy & Execution: Lead strategic planning and delivery for Stella products, ensuring they meet customer needs and deliver measurable value
- Own the Roadmap: Define and prioritize AI-powered features that support the growth of commercial service contractors
- Customer & Market Discovery: Engage with users and partners to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS product management experience with a successful track record of product delivery
- Experience leading or contributing to an AI-powered product launch that drives real adoption
- Strong technical acumen, comfortable with architecture, APIs, and AI/ML integration
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience shipping AI or agentic workflow products in a B2B SaaS context
