Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Taking full ownership of the Andela Talent Cloud platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will prioritize feature development, manage product metrics, and collaborate closely with operations to enhance platform performance and drive AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ATC platform, prioritizing needs across various user groups
• Identify and resolve immediate pain points to reduce operational workarounds and costs
• Develop and maintain product metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and preempt user issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering measurable value
• Experience managing platforms in operations-focused companies with significant revenue
• Strong curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools and their applications in product development
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive projects from conception to completion independently
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
