Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
The full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Customer Zero will coordinate between product managers, engineering teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, facilitate change enablement initiatives, and lead cross-functional workshops to enhance product strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of coordination among product managers, engineering teams, and business function leaders
- Own the Customer Zero operating cadence, including executive updates and cross-functional workshops
- Lead change enablement efforts, including training and communication strategies to ensure adoption of new initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience supporting SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products
- 12+ years of experience in product management, focusing on enterprise product delivery
- Direct experience leading change enablement and adoption efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
