Job Summary

Focusing on customer insights and AI-driven product strategies, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead discovery efforts, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and problem definition to identify valuable opportunities for customers and the business
• Conduct market research and user interviews to shape product hypotheses and strategies
• Integrate AI-first thinking into product design and collaborate with engineering and design teams to create intuitive solutions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management with a track record of delivering impactful products
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies in SaaS products
• Strong skills in research and translating insights into actionable product strategies
