Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end development of the Client Communications Service, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead product discovery and delivery, define user stories, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client engagement and streamline onboarding in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Client Communications roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive growth and scale
- Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with Engineering, Design, and Operations from concept through launch
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor communications performance and client engagement
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of product ownership from early stage to maturity
- Experience in regulated, compliance-driven environments with a focus on precision and detail
- Strong ability to translate business goals and client needs into actionable product roadmaps
- Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Software and Jira Product Discovery
