Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading a small innovation group, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the development of product experiences that differentiate the company from competitors, working remotely alongside developers to validate concepts through rapid prototyping and iteration.
Key responsibilities
- Transform company strategy and customer insights into focused product initiatives with clear hypotheses
- Collaborate with developers to design and test minimal viable experiences that address customer needs
- Iterate on prototypes based on customer feedback, adjusting direction as necessary to validate product opportunities
Required qualifications
- 7-9 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of developing prototypes from ambiguous customer problems
- Experience leading rapid discovery and iteration cycles with direct customer involvement
- Strong product and technical fluency, including knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Ability to facilitate discussions and align cross-functional teams on product direction and priorities
