Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a defined area of PolicyCenter, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage end-to-end product responsibilities, including discovery, prioritization, specification, launch, and adoption, while working remotely with cross-functional teams and customers in the P&C insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end product ownership of a defined slice of PolicyCenter, from customer discovery through launch and adoption
• Engage directly with carriers to build trusted relationships and translate insights into product investments
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery of features and measure outcomes post-launch

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience, particularly with enterprise B2B SaaS products
• Direct experience in P&C insurance, specifically in policy administration, underwriting, or quoting
• Proven track record of shipping features from problem discovery to adoption
• Strong technical fluency with policy administration applications and data models
• Ability to communicate effectively across customer, product, and engineering contexts
