Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution for content development, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the content strategy for Atom Engine, ensuring alignment with user needs and product direction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content vision and roadmap, defining how content evolves to meet user needs
• Identify content gaps and prioritize requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders
• Improve content processes by identifying bottlenecks and enhancing workflows and tools

Required qualifications

• Experience in strategy and execution for complex products or content portfolios
• Strong product judgment with the ability to prioritize competing needs
• Deep understanding of simulation technologies and their impact on user experience
• Systems-oriented approach to process improvement, balancing quality and speed
• U.S. citizenship and an understanding or interest in the military and defense technology space
