Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

As a remote, full-time Senior Product Manager, the successful candidate will own the outward-facing product narrative, lead high-impact solution presentations, and act as a strategic bridge between development, marketing, and sales, ensuring alignment with customer needs and product reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop positioning, messaging frameworks, and demo strategies that articulate the value of Sapio's platform across ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows
• Deliver impactful presentations to prospective customers and at industry events, tailoring content for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align external messaging with product direction and company strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a product management or product marketing role within a life sciences software company
• Deep knowledge of ELN and LIMS products, with the ability to engage with scientists and IT stakeholders
• Solid understanding of CMC processes and experience in the biotech/pharma development pipeline
• Strong product marketing mindset, capable of translating complex functionality into compelling value propositions
• Demonstrated experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leaders
