Job Summary
Leading product initiatives for the Field Intelligence team, the full-time Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap to enhance field team operations through mobile workflows, AI-guided inspections, and operational visibility in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Field Intelligence, focusing on work planning and data capture
- Collaborate with inspectors and operational leaders to understand fieldwork processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Engineering and Design to define requirements and deliver polished end-to-end product experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex product areas from discovery to launch
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered product experiences and understanding user trust in production
- Strong customer instincts with a background in workflow-heavy B2B or enterprise software
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with Engineering and Design teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and align stakeholders around product priorities and decisions
