Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior Enterprise Product Manager, the candidate will define product strategy and roadmaps, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, and drive improvements in user experience and operational efficiency within the Global Forwarding team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve product strategy that supports Global Forwarding growth and customer experience
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver solutions addressing customer and operational problems
- Conduct research and analysis to identify, validate, and prioritize product opportunities
Required qualifications
- 6 years or more of product management or relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy and managing complex portfolios
- Experience leading products that span multiple teams or business functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
