Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic customer partnerships in the payer, PBM, and provider ecosystem, the remote Senior Product Manager will lead discovery efforts, identify opportunities, and advocate for product solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring other product managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers to position Omada as the preferred choice for virtual-first care
- Explore new verticals and provider partnerships to enhance member engagement and enrollment opportunities
- Establish best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team objectives while mentoring other PMs
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 10+ years in market/product strategy, product management, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in human-centered product development and continuous discovery
- Prior experience with provider-side integrations, especially Epic, is a plus
