Job Summary
Owning the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the end-to-end client journey from initial landing to their first trade, focusing on continuous UX improvement and data-driven insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process, identifying friction points and optimizing the user experience to enhance client engagement
- Analyze onboarding data to pinpoint drop-off areas and leverage opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing, to implement enhancements based on customer insights
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, particularly in onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX
- Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex user flows and design for user trust
- Data fluency to define success metrics and analyze user behavior effectively
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and personalized user experiences
