Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and roadmap for Archy Revenue, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive the development of an AI-powered solution that streamlines insurance claims and payment processes for dental practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy Revenue, transforming complex workflows into streamlined processes
• Drive product adoption and success as a paid add-on by collaborating with go-to-market leaders on positioning, pricing, and packaging
• Engage with users to understand their workflows and translate insights into product requirements and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years at a fast-growing startup and experience with B2B software
• Experience in building customer-facing AI/ML products, preferably with human-in-the-loop systems
• Strong customer empathy and a background in dental, insurance, or healthcare billing is a plus
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to address complex problems
• Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, with experience using AI and analytics tools to drive business outcomes
