Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving consumer growth and retention experiences, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead strategy development for reward experiences, leverage data analytics for personalized product journeys, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize consumer experiences in a remote-eligible role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and development of consumer reward experiences to enhance product adoption and retention
- Utilize data analytics and user insights to create personalized, cross-channel product journeys
- Collaborate with engineering to iteratively build and A/B test optimized consumer experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, with 2 years in consumer-facing roles
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL for data analysis and product monitoring
- At least 2 years of experience driving Product Growth, such as user acquisition or retention
