Job Summary

Leading the development and enhancement of enterprise accounting systems, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive product vision and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise accounting/finance systems focusing on automation and data quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with business objectives
• Drive the agile development process to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in delivering enterprise software solutions, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with e-commerce experience highly desirable
• General understanding of supply chain and e-commerce systems, with the ability to identify integration opportunities
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
