Key Responsibilities

- Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication and reflecting their needs in product delivery
- Lead product demos and maintain product documentation while collaborating closely with scrum and development teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the software industry, with 3+ years in a Product Management or Product Owner role
- Proven experience working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile principles
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
- Strong experience in backlog management, including defining user stories and prioritizing team tasks
